Assam’s popular singer Zubeen Garg dies while scuba diving in Singapore

GUWAHATI: Zubeen Garg (52), Assam’s cultural icon and the heartthrob of the young generation, has died after a reported accident in Singapore.

The “Ya Ali” famed singer FALLdied after a fall into the sea while he was paragliding in Singapore. According to some reports, he died in a freak scuba diving accident. He was taken to hospital in a serious condition and declared dead later.
